Payment for our services

Payment options for real estate in Chile:

Payment via any foreign bank card. Payment is processed through a secure payment link provided by the developer.

Payment through a SWIFT transfer from any foreign currency account in any international bank, including those in the U.S.A. or Europe. Payment is made directly to the developer's Chilean account under the terms of the developer’s contract. SWIFT transfers typically take 3-4 days to process.

Payment via cryptocurrency. Chile is a crypto-friendly country. We can legally exchange cryptocurrency for Chilean pesos and make payments to the developer’s account. We partner with a company that handles the exchange process and transfers funds to the developer on your behalf, charging a small fee. After payment, receipts are provided, and the developer issues a document confirming the receipt of funds.

Our real estate agency also enters into an official agreement with clients for real estate and consulting services. This agreement can be made with a legal entity in Chile. Payment is made in U.S.A. dollars via SWIFT transfer from a foreign account or by foreign bank card through a secure payment link.

A certificate of work performed is signed with the client upon completion of services.
